*Locations: Grand Isle, Western Addison, Western Chittenden, Western Franklin, and Western Rutland
*Hazards: Sub-freezing temperatures
*Temperatures: Im the low to mid 20's.
*Timing: Temperatures are expected to fall below freezing after midnight
*Impacts: Unprotected crops and other sensative vegetation will likely be killed or damaged
